jim silliman M.D., president & CEO

Dr. Silliman is a 30+ year practicing physician and orthopedic surgeon, professor, published author, medical director, lab group CEO, and former US Olympic ski team physician. DR. Silliman is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of The University of Louisville Medical School and a member of AOA. He was the Orthopedic Program director at UTSW Medical School and the Musculoskeletal Medical Director at the Greenville Health System. As President of the Steadman-Hawkins Clinic, Dr Silliman also served as the Director of Research for the Steadman-Hawkins Foundation. Dr. Silliman has served as the CEO of infectious disease laboratories and has developed six labs in multiple states.

RAJEEV KUMAR PH.D., CHIEF SCIENCE OFFICER

Dr. Raj is a proven growth leader and executive in the medical device and in vitro diagnostics (IVD) industry. Dr Raj has received a post-doctoral training from Cancer Genome Research Center, Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, New York; here he developed a pioneering and groundbreaking “RNAi-Microarray” technology to accelerate the pace of personalized molecular medicine.  Under his leadership of principal investigator for DOD funded research project, he identified a pre-clinical biomarker for infectious prion disease. Dr. Raj brings over 28 years of research experience in biochemistry and molecular biology including 10 years in research and development for solid organ transplantation IVD at One Lambda Inc, Thermo Fisher Scientific and Immucor, Inc.

Ben Williamson, CHIEF Operating officer

Ben is a veteran customer-centric direct to consumer CEO with a proven track record in branding, product development, and manufacturing of Durable Medical Equipment, OTC Medication, Nutraceuticals, and CPG’s. Ben’s experience in owning health clubs drove him to develop software solutions to better serve health and wellness customers in the digital era. He went on to create multiple medical and ancillary service software systems to combat major inefficiencies in healthcare today. Ben’s primary focus prior to Sensiva was the development and deployment of products and custom software solutions to fight (and prevent) infectious diseases outbreaks in nursing homes, private practice, and beyond.
